This Southwest France inspired blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon. Spent 10 months aging in a French oak Foudre (foo-druh). This wine shows a beautiful, purple-black, almost opaque hue in the glass. It’s fruit driven through and through, with a soft texture and a creamy oak finish.
Aromas of black cherry, menthol, black pepper, smoke, and red currant jump out of the glass. The palate is smooth in texture with noticeable black fruit flavors and a savory finish.
Enjoy with grilled red meats, BBQ/brisket, and aged cheeses.
