Description

The Cellar Reserve wine represent Llano Estacado Winery's finest. From selected small batches of wine, our winemakers created this very special chardonnay. Our goal is to produce a wine that exhibits the true expression of this variety from our premium Texas vineyards. This wine was made using traditional techniques which enhance the aromatics and mouth texture of this popular variety.

This release is a medium bodied white wine that is drinking wonderfully now and will improve in complexity from additional bottle aging. Our Cellar Reserve Chardonnay has aromatic features from citrus oil, butter, & spice, to Bartlett pears, and crème brûlée. When enjoying this wine with food, consider richly textured seafood dishes such as halibut, sea bass, crab legs, or lobster. Looking for something different, try pairing it with buttered chicken, tikka masala, or your favorite Indian dish!
