Our Winemaker's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon represents a unique and flavorful experience. Crafted with ripe, Texas grown grapes, this wine spent over 4 months in once filled 53-gallon Bourbon barrels for maximum flavor extraction.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe berries as well as subtle tones of cherry and black pepper. The Bourbon barrels provide a sweet nose of baking spices, brown sugar and dark fruit with lingering notes of caramel and vanilla on the palate.
