Cinsaut is a red grape variety known for centuries in the Languedoc region of Southern France. Known to produce a lighter, softer, aromatic and amusingly cherry-fruited wine. This variety is particularly well suited for rose wine production. The Lilli of the Vine Vineyard, located in Lamesa, Texas, sits upon the only hill in that area.
Petillant Naturel "Pet-Nat" is a semi sparkling wine, often with some sweetness and sediment (this one is dry), which is made in the Methode Ancestrale. Methode Ancestrale involves bottling young wines before all the sugars have been fermented into alcohol. This gives way to the continuous production of carbon dioxide in the bottle.
Store upright and serve extra cold.
