Terms and Conditions: As a
member, you will receive a sample pack of Llano Estacado wines 3 times a year. I agree that Llano Estacado Winery will bill
my credit card for each wine club shipment. I agree my wine will be automatically shipped, and
charged to my credit card, by the last day of the pick-up timeframe if you
selected "pick up" and you have not picked up by that time. I understand there is a 1 year minimum
commitment and I will be charged a $100 cancelation fee if I quit before recieving at least 2 shipments. After this time, I may
cancel my membership by doing so in writing to
[email protected] at
any point without further obligation except for wines billed prior to Llano
Estacado Winery's receipt of my notice of cancellation. It is my obligation to notify Llano Estacado
Winery of any address changes before wines are billed. Llano Estacado Winery will not be responsible
for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines. Offer details subject to change without
notice. Buyer and recipient must be 21
years old. Must have adult signature at the time of delivery or package will
not be delivered at that time.
