Llano Estacado's Signature White is a medium bodied, off dry white table, blended every year to reflect the different vintages of Texas wines. It is a terrific reception and food wine. It balances citrus and floral aromas and a balanced, smooth palate for a broad taste appeal. This semi-dry wine pairs equally well with soups or salads, as well as a variety of spicy and savory main courses. Signature White has flavors of light citrus mixed with stone fruit, and light apple.
