Brought forth by a growing season that contained all the best elements to mature the late ripening variety, we're proud to present this 2015 Mourvèdre. Like a succulent plum, the wine is bursting with its own intense flavors. Chewing this wine and letting it envelope your mouth brings forth the darkest fruit flavors offered by cherry and boysenberry, while finishing with a complex mix of herbs, smoke, and leather.
This wine will show best in a large wine glass at cool room temperature. We recommend serving with braised, stewed or grilled meats, along with aged Manchego cheese.
